Senior Account Executive/ Account Executive

The Senior Account Executive or Account Executive role we are looking for involves skill sets within digital media including market research, strategy planning, vendors negotiation, campaign implementation, and analysis across different media channels.

Key Accountabilities:

• Drive first-in-market new initiatives for the company and client.
• Creative/Media strategy planning and execution.
• Understand metrics and KPIs and continually suggest optimizations to improve campaign performance.
• Provide regular performance reports, result analysis, and recommendations and help in performance review presentations.
• Keep clients and operation team updated on the status of account activities and keeping track of budget pacing.
• Participate in weekly team meetings to share new ideas and strategies.
• Involve and contribute in important new business pitches.

Account Management & Team Coordination

• Senior Account Executive or Account Executive is responsible for the day-to-day planning, execution, operations across the accounts assigned and is required to front face clients regularly.

• Establish, maintain strong and effective relationships with different stakeholders, as well as work with Finance to resolve billing discrepancies.

• Meet with vendors to stay on top of all updates and offerings in the digital media industry.

Key Requirements

• Degree holder in advertising / PR / marketing communications / business studies related disciplines.

• 2-4years of digital advertising / media agency experience.

• Good interpersonal and client servicing skills, presentable, hardworking, and able to work under pressure.

• Works well in a team environment but also is able to work as an independent operator.

• Fluent in both written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.

• Proficiency in MS Office including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.

• Ad operation experience on China media such as Douyin, XHS, WeChat
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Account Executive
