Senior Account Manager (Ecommerce Operations)

Responsibilities

• Handle multiple corporate clients simultaneously and manage in a timely and professional manner
• Lead a team of account executives
• Manage the daily operations of client's eShop
• Build professional relationship with corporate clients
• Regularly analyze sales data to determine the needs of the client and set strategies
• Less experienced candidate will be considered as Account Manager

Requirement

• 3-4 years experience in Ecommerce / marketing / retail
• Competent in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Good command of spoken English and Chinese
• Team player
