職位描述

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for daily routine accounting duties, including but not limited to handling AP Transactions & daily cash management, etc
  • Prepare Bank reconciliation
  • Assist in month-end closing and preparation of management reports / financial statements
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma / Diploma in accounting or equivalent
  • 2-3 years’ relevant working experience
  • Good PC skill in MS Office, advanced Excel skill is absolutely advantage
  • Knowledge of accounting system such as SUN Account / MYOB is preferred but not necessary
  • Good command in English and Chinese
  • Independent, attentive to details, good interpersonal skills and willing to learn
  • Fresh graduated candidates will be considered Accounts Assistant
  • Self-motivated, proactive and able to work under pressure
  • Immediately available is highly desirable
