Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily routine accounting duties, including but not limited to handling AP Transactions & daily cash management, etc
- Prepare Bank reconciliation
- Assist in month-end closing and preparation of management reports / financial statements
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma / Diploma in accounting or equivalent
- 2-3 years’ relevant working experience
- Good PC skill in MS Office, advanced Excel skill is absolutely advantage
- Knowledge of accounting system such as SUN Account / MYOB is preferred but not necessary
- Good command in English and Chinese
- Independent, attentive to details, good interpersonal skills and willing to learn
- Fresh graduated candidates will be considered Accounts Assistant
- Self-motivated, proactive and able to work under pressure
- Immediately available is highly desirable
