Senior Accounts Clerk / Assistant Accountant

Concept 4 is a key player in design, product development and sourcing of fashion, beauty & home accessories and packaging. The group is made of 130+ staff worldwide including 60+ in Hong Kong, where we work in a fast paced and friendly environment, with a spacious and bright office overlooking.  A bright location at Wong Chuk Hang with MTR close access.

We are now inviting high level candidates to apply for the following position URGENTLY:

Requirement:

• Diploma in accounting or equivalent
• Familiar with MS Excel (pivot table, vlookup), word and Chinese word processing
• Experience in Netsuite is an advantage
• Mature, Responsible and able to work under pressure
• At least 3 years accounting experience, more experience will be considered as Assistant Accountant

Responsibility

• Perform daily accounting transactions including data entry, document filing
• Validate supplier invoices and prepare payment to suppliers
• Prepare receipt, payment and journal vouchers
• Review staff expense claims report and prepare petty cash reimbursement
• Prepare documents for bank financing, including trade loans, factoring etc.
• Oversee daily cashflow and update bankbook
• Perform month-end closing procedure includes maintaining general ledger, bank reconciliation, AR & AP schedules, intercompany transactions, and fixed assets register.
• Liaise with external auditors and prepare the audit schedules if necessary
• Handle ad-hoc assignment
