Senior Accounts Officer / Accounts Officer

Responsibilities

• Perform daily accounting duties including full set of GL and AR
• Prepare monthly statements and cost report for assigned vessels 
• Prepare month end accrual and journals for posting into accounting system 
• Prepare monthly consolidation accounting report 
• Responsible and monitor for accounts receivable / payable control 
• Conduct financial schedules for analysis and management review 
• Provide support to annual audit and tax filing related matters 
• Assist in any ad hoc assignments as required

Requirement

• Diploma or DSE in Finance and Accounting or other related disciplines / qualification
• Minimum 2 years of accounting / auditing experience will be an advantage
• Good team player, proactive and well organized 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills 
• Proficiency in the use of MS Office 
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese 
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Accounts Officer
