(Senior) Business Analyst – IT

職責 :

• We are seeking an experienced Information Technology Business Analyst to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background as a Business Analyst and possess experience in ERP implementation, with strong knowledge in one or more of the following processes:
• Order to Cash (mandatory)
• Supply Chain (optional)
• Inventory Management (optional)
• This role requires a good understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Analysis:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Conduct detailed process analysis and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Use tools such as Power BI to generate reports and provide insights to support decision-making.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to understand business needs and objectives.

2. ERP Implementation:

• Participation in ERP implementation / upgrade projects from inception to completion, with the support of the service vendor.
• Adopt and customize ERP solutions to meet business requirements.
• Conduct system testing, user training, and provide ongoing support.
• Ensure successful integration of ERP systems with other interfacing systems.

3. Project Management:

• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

4. Documentation:

• Prepare detailed documentation of business requirements, processes, and system configurations.
• Preparation of Unit Testing, Integration and UAT test cases.

5. Analysis:

Use tools such as Power BI to generate reports and provide insights to support decision-making.

要求 :

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT or ERP Implementation Consultant Role
• Proven experience in ERP implementation (such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, JDE).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Hands-on experience in using Dashboard tools such as Power BI to create and publish reports is a plus.
• Experience in Distribution / FMCG / Healthcare is a plus.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
