Job Overview:

As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing business development strategies in Southeast Asia, building and maintaining relationships with key clients and partners, and driving sales targets. This position requires frequent travel to Southeast Asian countries such as Thailand, South Korea, the Philippines, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business development plans for Southeast Asia, including market research, competitive analysis, target customer identification, etc.
• Develop new clients, establish and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
• Gain a deep understanding of customer needs, provide customized solutions, and close deals.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and meet customer expectations.
• Track industry trends, collect market information, and support company strategic decision-making.
• Achieve sales targets set by the company and regularly report on work progress.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of business development experience in the IT industry, with Southeast Asia market experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build good relationships with people from different cultural backgrounds.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, able to close deals and reach agreements.
• Strong market analysis and business acumen, able to identify market opportunities.
• Proactive, results-oriented, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluent in English, able to conduct business communication and negotiation.
• Willing to travel frequently to Southeast Asian countries.
