(Senior) Business Executive - Sourcing [Beauty/ Chinese Health Care/ Food]

Job Description

As a (Senior) Business Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets within your assigned category. This will involve sourcing, managing, and optimizing the product assortment to meet evolving customer demands and maximize profitability. Candidates should indicate their preferred category focus (Beauty, Chinese Health Care or Food) in their application, as this will be a key part of your role.

Responsibilities:

• Secure quantity and quality deals to improve the product assortment and reach the team's sales and profitability targets.
• Negotiate favorable commercial terms, including pricing, margins and lead times, to maximize profitability and competitiveness.
• Leverage live streaming and TV programs to forge strategic partnerships with suppliers to drive revenue.
• Analyze performances of their assigned categories and formulate action points to improve product strategy.
• Evaluate supplier performance regularly, maintain and strengthen relationships with existing high-performing suppliers in the Beauty, Health or Food industry while terminate partnerships with underperforming suppliers.
• Continuously monitor market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to identify new sourcing opportunities and proactively screen/develop business with new suppliers that can enhance the product portfolio.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of relevant experience in the FMCG or e-commerce industry is preferred but not mandatory. Existing supplier networks and relationships would be considered an advantage. Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Business Executive.
• Fresh graduates who have demonstrated passion and familiarity in their chosen category will also be considered.
• Strong market sense, customer-oriented, and eager to learn.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and challenging environment.
• Self-motivated and detail-minded with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline.
• Fluency in both oral and written English and Chinese.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
