Senior Business Planning Analyst

Objective of the Position:

• End to end business consultation with internal stakeholders
• Identify insights and opportunities in areas of customers, products and operations
• Assist in building BI tools and predictive models to visualize and forecast business performance and drive operation efficiency. 

What You'll Do:

• End to end business consultation with internal stakeholders including but not limited to web data crawling, building dashboards (e.g. tableau), project planning, financial impact estimation and evaluation analysis after implementation.
• Business intelligence discovery on customers, products and operations through hypothesis validation with internal data and research on competitors and market trends.
• Present the findings to different stakeholders through storytelling and data driven approach.

What You Have:

• University graduate with 3-5 yrs experience in similar analytical role, preferably from e-commerce industry and familiar with western market.
• Superb numerical senses to deal with data correlation and scenarios simulations with speed and agility.
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and understand the needs of different stakeholders.
• Open-minded with can-do attitude
• Proficiency with Python / R is a plus
• Good command in both spoken and written English.
