Job Description

Strategic Communications and Business Development

  • Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive communication strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives and goals.
  • Assist in crafting business messaging across the group and various business units amidst the Company’s rapid growth, and execute promotional matters that facilitate new markets development and ongoing client engagement.


Content Creation and Management

  • Creation of content for various platforms, including company website, social media, corporate newsletters and internal communications. Ensure consistency in messaging and brand voice.


Editorial Work

  • Identify good stories and provide editorial support on articles and promotion materials for publication.


Internal Communications

  • Facilitate clear and effective communication within the organization, ensuring employees are informed about company developments, policies and expectations.


Performance Metrics

  • Track and report on the effectiveness of communication initiatives through analytics and feedback mechanisms. Identify areas for improvement.
  • Perform ad hoc assignments as required

 

Requirement

  • Degree holder in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Logistic, Ship Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum of 5 years’ solid experience in corporate communications or public relations, preferably within sizeable shipping or logistics company
  • Having knowledge in maritime related subjects would be an advantage
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms and content management system
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and has growth mindset
  • Good command of written Chinese, English, and Mandarin
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office - MS Word, Excel, PPT and word processing
  • Immediate availability is preferred
