(Senior) CRM Executive - Renewable 1-year contract

Job Responsibilities

1. Assist in analysing the customer database to identify the target segment for developing CRM programs and customer journeys.
2. Assist in content development and execution of direct marketing (eDM, SMS, MMS, Whatsapp, Chatbot, Retargeting social media ad).
3. Support in evaluating the performance of acquisition, customer engagement, and CRM sales to produce reports on consumer insights and assess the effectiveness of CRM initiatives.
4. Responsible for monitoring touchpoint channel's effectiveness, staying abreast of feature updates, improving operational efficiency.
5. Aid in managing CRM projects, encompassing project planning, organization, quality control, and documentation.
6. Collaborate closely with internal departments and external partners to implement CRM initiatives.
7. Assist in CRM operations, including customer data entry.
8. Support the development and execution of CRM acquisition programs aimed at improving customer engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty.
9. Provide assistance with CRM and Brand reporting.

Requirements

1. Higher diploma or above / Degree holder
2. 2-3 years office working experience (less experience will be considered as CRM executive)
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Self-motivated and can work as a team
5. Preference will be given to candidates with experience and expertise in utilizing CRM system and marketing automation system.
6. PC application skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing
7. Proficiency in Chinese and English, fluent Putonghua will be an advantage
8. Independent, well-organized and detail-minded
