職位描述

Key responsibilities:

  • Ability to work independently with the key accounts of the business unit
  • Handle customer enquiries, coordinate project with clients and monitor schedules
  • Arrange daily working schedule
  • Strengthen existing customer relationship and provide professional customer service
  • Communicate with internal departments and affiliates and provide client support in a timely and professional manner 

Requirements:

  • 3 - 5 years related experience in the service industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill 
  • Initiative, organized, quick response and be able to work under pressure and work independently
  • Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
