Senior Digital Transformation Analyst (BA/PM role, EU Buying office)

In this position, you will play a crucial role in leading our digital transformation initiatives that drive efficiency, innovation, and business growth, creating value for our customers.

As a Senior Digital Transformation Analyst, your role is to:

• Act as a liaison between business units and digital solutions team, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
• Analyse business processes and identify opportunities for digital transformation and operational improvements.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical plans and solution designs.
• Oversee digital projects from conception to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Suggest and implement new tech solutions to address business challenges and improve efficiency.
• Keep up with industry trends and new technologies to identify potential applications for the Company.
• Facilitate change management and user adoption of new digital solutions and processes.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or equivalent discipline. A Master’s degree would be advantageous.
• At least 5 years’ experience in digital transformation or business analysis, preferably in retail, wholesale, sourcing, or supply chain management.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery; certifications like PMP, ITIL, or Lean Six Sigma are a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of technologies like cloud computing, AI, machine learning, and data analytics; familiarity with ERP systems and e-commerce platforms is beneficial.
• Proficiency in process mapping, optimization techniques, and agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Adaptability, resilience, and multilingual capabilities are advantageous in a fast-paced, global environment.
