Senior Engineer - Electrical

Job Duties: 

• Responsible for coordination with subcontractors and liaising with clients, architects, utilities and consultants on all E&M matters for our Electrical projects
• Oversee and inspect the works carried out by contractors to ensure that the design and maintenance of related works meet the project, legislative, and safety requirements
• Prepare project documents and drawings, attend site meetings, project implementation, site progress monitoring and supervision, etc.

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Services, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 7 years of electrical installation with 4 years in residential
• Capable to AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
• Good commands of English and Chinese languages
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Holder of valid green card and REW B or above
