Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and seasoned Senior Events Executive who will lead and drive the planning, coordination, and execution of a variety of events. This role demands a strategic thinker with hands-on experience and a flair for creativity, capable of transforming ideas into impactful experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning:Develop comprehensive event strategies that align with client objectives, ensuring innovative and memorable experiences.
- Project Management:Oversee the end-to-end management of events (time, cost, and quality), from conception to completion.
- Client Engagement:Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their vision is effectively translated into each event.
- Logistics Coordination: Manage all logistical aspects of events such as venue selection, vendor negotiations, catering, transportation, and accommodation.
- Budget Management:Create and oversee event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and maximization of resources without compromising on quality.
- Team Leadership: Be the Person-In-Charge (PIC) of projects handled. Lead vendors and support staffs, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- On-Site Management:Ensure smooth on-site event operations, troubleshooting any issues that arise and ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.
- Post-Event Analysis:Conduct post-event debriefs, gather feedback, analyze event performance, and provide recommendations for future improvements.
- Additional Projects:Manage any other projects requested by clients.
Qualifications:
- Education:Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience:Minimum of 3 years in event management, with a proven track record in executing successful events across various formats. Higher experience will be considered for Events Manager.
- Skills:Exceptional organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for building strong client and team relationships.
- Problem-Solving:Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to quickly resolve issues and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Technical Proficiency:Familiarity with event management related software and tools, as well as virtual event platforms.
- Flexibility:Willingness to work non-standard hours as needed, including evenings and weekends.
