Senior Executive / Executive, Japanese Business (Underwriter & Account Handler)

Job Responsibilities :

• Act as account handler for servicing and marketing the existing Japanese corporate clients and intermediaries
• Develop and maintain good and close business relationship with customers
• Develop new business opportunities and strive for business targets
• Maintain and enhance customers’ satisfaction through participating in different kinds of sales and marketing activities
• Implement prudent underwriting practice, in line with company's underwriting guidelines
• Handle and answer clients inquires effectively and efficiently
• Provide sales and administrative support to seniors

Requirements :

• Associate Degree or above, preferably in Business Administration or Insurance-related discipline
• Minimum 2 years of account servicing experience in general insurance with underwriting knowledge in all classes is preferable
• Holder or in progress of professional insurance qualification such as ACII or ANZIIF would be an advantage
• Excellent customer services, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Good command of both written & spoken English
• Hands on PC skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Candidate with more experience would be considered as Senior Executive
