(Senior) Finance Manager

Job Summary

As a (Senior) Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial functions of the company. You will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
 

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting 
• Handle full set of accounts (including preparation of journal entries, accounts receivable and payable, bank reconciliation, cash flow statement, month-end closing, financial analysis, etc.) 
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements 
• Coordinate and liaise with external auditors to facilitate annual audit 
• Manage and mentor a team of finance staff 

We are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with professional qualification of a recognized Accountancy body 
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in handling full set of accounts, with at least 2 years in a managerial role 
• Experience in IT industry is an advantage 
• Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices 
• Proactive, meticulous, and efficient team player with strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills 
• Independent, well-organized and with a strong sense of responsibility 
• Strong leadership and team management abilities 
• Hands-on experience in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel) and accounting systems, experience in using Xero is a plus 
• Good command in spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
