Senior Firmware Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Translate marketing concept idea into prototype according to specification and requirement
• Develop embedded firmware for 8 bits, 16 bits, 32 bits MCU with C programming
• Design firmware and software, including software architecture design, user interface development and module deployment
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to testing methodologies and maintainable code quality
• Evaluate new technology and improve system stability
• Travel to China factory for production support as required

Requirements

• Degree holder in Electronics/Communication Engineering or a related discipline
• 5 years or above of working experience in firmware development and experience with C/C++, Java and Python
• Proficient in microcontroller IDE design/development tools
• Experience in wireless standards such as ZigBee, Bluetooth Low Energy and Wi-Fi
• Hands-on experience in Linux or other real-time operating system (RTOS) platforms
• Knowledge of IOS/Android App development is an advantage

• Proficient in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
