Responsibilities:
- Handle learning & development function including training needs identification, design and delivery of training programs
- Handle competency-based recruitment function and employee relations function
- Support assignments in other HR functions
Requirements:
- University degree in Business Management, Human Resources Management or behavioral science
- At least 5 years of experience in HR with about 1 year at supervisory level
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good interpersonal and organizing skills with self-initiative
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant HR Manager
