Senior Human Resources Officer / Human Resources Officer (C&B)

Duties:

• Perform full spectrum of C&B functions
• Handle payroll calculation, final payments, employee benefits administration, insurance administration, taxation, MPF contributions, contracts, etc.
• Prepare and compile regular HR reports for management review
• Provide support in annual performance and salary review
• Participate in ad hoc C&B related projects as assigned 

Requirements:

• High Diploma/Degree holder preferably in HRM or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in handling sizeable payroll. Candidates with less experience will be considered as HR Officer
• Good knowledge of HK Employment Ordinance
• Hands-on experience in payroll and HRIS administration
• Strong numerical sense and attentive to details
• Proficient in MS Office, preferably with advanced Excel skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediately available would be an advantage
