Senior Human Resources Officer (Talent Acquisition)

Job Description:

• Provide a full spectrum of end-to-end talent acquisition process for assigned positions
• Develop proactive talent sourcing pipelines and candidate outreach methodologies
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and manpower planning to meet the business goals
• Liaise with internal and external parties for the campus program, i.e. internship, graduate trainee program, job fairs, career talks, recruitment days and other recruitment events  
• Develop and maintain relationships with leading education institutions

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 year’ solid experience in recruitment / talent acquisition 
• Able to work independently and multi-task oriented
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with employees of different backgrounds
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Less experience will be considered as Human Resources Officer
