Senior Manager - Retail Leasing (sports and education)

Our client is a renowned Real Estate Developer based in Hong Kong, providing market leading packages to hire Retail Leasing Senior Managers / Managers with sport brands and education learning centresleasing experiences. 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research, analyse data and compile various reports, rental forecast.
• Build and maintain strong relationship with brands to negotiate new lettings and renewal of leases of assigned project.
• Daily leasing tenancy matters and enquiries.
• Conduct market research and assist in trade mix planning.
• Coordinate with other teams on project fit out, handover of renovation projects.

Requirements: 

• Over 6 years of relevant retail leasing experience in shopping malls, or tenant side. 
• Strong retail market sense and tenant connection.
• Proactive attitude, great market sense.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese and English.
