Responsibilities

• By reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, this position is to lead her team in strategic branding and planning/facilitating the marketing programs with international retailers and distributors;
• To drive and collaborate with overseas licensees / distributors including trade marketing as well as visual merchandising for generating ideas on localized marketing strategy and new product launch plan in different markets;
• Develop potential business partners for different product categories, merchandising plan and  business development schedule;
• To work closely with both internal and external parties for accounting service, marketing program and stock management;
• To manage the licensing team while maintaining the effective partnership with licensors

Requirements

• At least 7 years solid experience in trade marketing or international marketing with team management experience;
• Tertiary Education, preferably in marketing, event management, business administration or other related disciplines;
• Experience in licensing of lifestyle products is definitely advantageous;
• Strong English literacy and good command in Mandarin;
• Excellent team leader and strategic thinker with high sense of responsibility and effective negotiation skills
• Self-motivated with great understanding about the market and the trend
