Senior Marketing Executive/ Assistant Brand Manager (Regional Team)

Responsibilities:

• Product and brand innovation focus, assist the team to drive the process of formulating and launching new innovation for leading tissue & personal care brands;
• Participant in market research, analyze market data and consumer feedback to gain insights to identify, assess and validate the business potential;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product team, design agencies, internal marketing and sales teams to bring new products to market and drive business growth;
• Assist to identify growth opportunities across different markets in the region;
• Manage ANP on different projects, track and optimize efficiency and effectiveness;
• Enhance synergies between different markets and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation by facilitating and driving of regional projects;
• Provide daily marketing operational support, coordination and assist in developing marketing material and content;
• Prepare monthly marketing reports and analysis on product performance and market trends
• Support any other ad hoc projects

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Marketing or Business Administration is a must;
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in sizable company, preferably FMCG industry;
• Strong business sense with strategic thinking and analytical mind;
• Initiative, self-motivated, able to work independently and meet deadlines;
• Excellent commend of written and spoken English & Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage;
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ad hoc travel is needed
• Candidate with more experience may be considered as Assistant Brand Manager
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
