Objective of the Position:

Grow YesStyle influencer network in Spanish / French speaking countries to increase and strengthen the brand visibility across the regions through impactful strategy and creative marketing campaigns to reach our target audience.

What You'll Do:

• Brand Strategy Development: Develop and execute brand strategies that align with our business objectives. Contribute to developing of the brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity guidelines. Execute and measure the brand campaigns. Help with creative writing for brand campaigns.
• Brand Communications Management:  Develop and implement communication strategies. Manage consistency in the context of brand communications to be aligned with the brand book. Compose press releases for brand campaign launches and corporate news updates. Manage the media page updates on our corporate website.
• Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape. Utilize data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance. Analyse market trends and developments that may impact marketing activities. Assess alternate market research channels.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as KOL marketing, social media and design teams, to align marketing efforts with cross-functional teams and implement effective strategies. Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors. Manage the internal communications when necessary. 

What You Have:

• Bachelor's degree or MBA in Business Administration or Marketing related subjects.
• 2+ years of experience in communications and brand marketing in the consumer goods industry.
• Excellent command of written and verbal communication in English and Cantonese.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and creative team player with a strong analytical mindset.
• Knowledge of market trends and consumer insights, with the ability to use data to support the brand strategy.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Marketing Executive.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
