Key Responsibilities:

• Network Design and Implementation: Design, build, and manage the organization's network infrastructure, including the maintenance of LAN, WAN, network segments, and WiFi devices.
• Network Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Regularly monitor and maintain the network systems to ensure optimal performance. Identify and resolve any issues or faults arising in the network.
• Security: Develop, implement, and maintain network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware. This may include firewalls, encryption, and intrusion detection systems.
• Disaster Recovery Planning: Develop and implement disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in the event of network failures.
• Vendor Management: Coordinate with equipment and service vendors to ensure that all network-related products and services meet organizational standards and requirements.
• Training and Support: Provide technical guidance and support to other team members. Conduct training sessions to improve the skills and knowledge of the team.
• Develop and enforce network policies and procedures.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on network operation and performance for organizational leaders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in a network administrator role. Experience with network design, implementation, and troubleshooting is essential.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in network architecture and infrastructure, including understanding of protocols like TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, IPsec, 802.11, etc. Familiarity with network management and analysis tools. Knowledge of network security measures and disaster recovery techniques.
• Certifications such as CCNP, or HCIP, or equivalent are preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of network protocols, security, and technologies.
• Development experience with Python, SQL, Go, etc., is preferred.
• Experience in server management (e.g., Linux Server, SQL Server, and MySQL database server).
• Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English, as well as the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical team members.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work well in a team environment and to develop good relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
