Senior Officer - Leasing Operations (HK Based)

What You Will Do

• Work with your supervisor to develop work flows for Leasing operations based in Hong Kong
• Be a conduit between Leasing and Legal in order to ensure all grants and letters of offer terms are in accordance with company policy and are administered in a legally correct, prudent and commercially astute manner
• Audit all deal paperwork ensuring standardization and correction of any errors within the submissions
• Assist with proofreading Retail Coordination Team paperwork from Leasing and Mall Management Teams
• Assist with weekly update collection and tracking
• Keep track retailer database with latest information from all of Leasing and Mall Management’s clientele
• Other duties as assigned

What We Expect From You

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business or related disciplines
• At least 3 years of relevant experience for large scale shopping malls
• Knowledge of retail industry, especially the Hong Kong and Macao markets
• Legal understanding within the retail industry
• Good negotiation, interpersonal, organizational and active listening skills
• Good team player, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure and complete tasks in a timely manner
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Proficient in IT applications such as Microsoft Office, with knowledge in CAD is advantageous
• Occasional business travel may be required from you
• You will be based in Hong Kong for this role
