At Madhead, client team programmers play a pivotal role in the Tower of Saviors’ studio. We collaborates closely with designers, artists, and to enhance and innovate our game for millions of dedicated players. We are inviting you to embark on an epic journey with us and help craft the future of Tower of Saviors.

We are now seeking for great game programmers to join us. The ideal candidate is someone who hungers to understand mobile game industry and enjoy the challenge of shipping new things for players to experience, while diagnosing problems and optimizing code for sustainability and performance. We believe game development is not a solo victory. We embrace learning from setbacks without pointing fingers, just as we wouldn't blame our foot for tripping. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to take ownership to implement an idea from a small concept to a fully functional and polished features. What you will do:

• Collaborate with assistant producer and designers to develop mobile game - Tower of Saviors (神魔之塔)
• Design, implement, test, bug-fixing and documentation.
• Write test cases, carry out unit testing and execute the deployment process.
• Research new technologies and standards.
• Ensure the coding style consistent with company standard.
• Work with or supervise one or more programmers to maintain the code in good standard.

What you need to have:

• Bachelor’s degree / High Diploma in Computer Science or related disciplines.
• Strong experience in mobile platform development.
• Passion in game industry
• Knowledge in Unity C# is a must
• Proactive, self-motivated and willing to work under pressure.
• Gamer of Tower of Saviors (神魔之塔) is an advantage.
• Familiarity with DevOpts (CI/CD) / Jenkins & SQL is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of photo editing skills i.e. Photoshop is preferable.
• Candidate with more than 3 years of CS experience will be considered.

Nice to have:

• A gamer of Tower of Saviors
• Ability to deeply optimize code for performance enhancements
• Previous experience working on similar gaming projects
• Specialized skills in areas like: UI design, graphics design, DevOps technologies, or server-side knowledge

Working Location & Hours: 
Hong Kong Science Park
5-day work, 10:00 – 19:00 (Lunch hour 13:45 – 15:00)
