Senior Project Engineer – Toys (Product development department)

Responsibility:

• Work as factory to keep project on schedule in good quality.
• Follow project quotation, development and production.
• Meeting with customer to provide instant technical support.
• Evaluate the new product development plan, schedule and cost.
• Depending on experience to lead a local team on project development.
• Follow ad hoc tasks assigned by management.

Requirement:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proficient in Putonghua speaking.
• Station in Dongguan at least 3 days a week or daily travel to China required.
• Minimum 8 years working experience in toy industry/ pop style like local blind box items will be preferred.
• Experience in review 3D drawing and provide engineer input to model team.
• Good in toys product structural and mechanism design, and manufacturing process.
• Self-motivated, efficient, well-organized and with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Candidate in higher qualifications and more experience may consider to be offered the post of Project Manager.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
