Senior Project Quantity Surveyor

Job Duties: 

• Consolidate and preparation of payment, claims and variation order
• Liaison with client and consultant for daily QS task
• Prepare financial summary

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor or above in construction or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years related experience
• Experience in MEP project and MTR project is an Advantage
• Good commands of English and Chinese languages
• Holder of valid green card
• Member of RICS/ HKIS etc
