Senior Sales Associate/ Sales Associate

Learn about the world of Type A Natural jadeite and rare Gem Stones. 
As a front line representative of DEJADE, you will be responsible for maximizing the sales of all our unique and beautiful pieces. You will also be accountable for ensuring each client receives an exceptional experience in line with our DEJADE values.

How will you make an impact?
• Set up window displays and in-store displays each morning; products are stored in the safe after shop is closed 
• Provide excellent customer service. Follow up on after sales service
• Implement policies and procedures established by the company
• Educate clients on DEJADE quality standards and product line
• Maintain the aesthetic quality of the store

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Achieve present sales objectives and targets
• Develop network and clientele
• Attend social functions within the community to generate new clientele; invite current and prospective

YOUR PROFILE
• Previous experience in selling fine jewellery or high-end luxury product is preferred.
• Strong understanding of clientelling
• Basic Knowledge of computer skills .
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and gain their trust and respect.

職位要求:
• 中五或以上程度
• 具備相關珠寶零售經驗者優先考慮
• 具零售行業者亦作考慮
• 良好粵語,一般英語及普通話
• 親切有禮、友善態度、對服務有熱誠
