Senior Sales Director

We are looking for a passionate and well experienced Senior Sales Director focusing on Hong Kong properties market.  You will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team as well as developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business goals, expanding the growth of team targets will also be your mission.  We welcome you to join our team and grow together with you.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute sales strategies focusing on Hong Kong properties market to ensure achieve sales and business goals
2. Lead the sales team, provide guidance and support to build up sales team performance
3. Periodical business analysis to adjust sales strategies according to latest Hong Kong properties market.  Coordinate marketing and product development departments to ensure smooth sales events
4. Focus on high net worth customers to facilitate business deals and maintain excellent customer relationships.  Periodical organize events and participate product roadshow.

Requirements:

1. Degree holder or above, preferable in Real Estate / Business / Marketing related discipline
2. Knowledge in PC applications
3. Fluency in English, Chinese and Mandarin
4. 5+ years of experience in properties sales market with 3+ years in management level
5. Excellent negotiators with strong analytical and presentation skills
6. Self-motivated, well-organized individuals with a strong sense of responsibility
7. Welcome candidates with mainland/overseas properties market experience
