Responsibilities
 

• Liaise and coordinate with clients for all kinds of sales activities
• Project implementation, tendering and specification
• Propose and provide professional natural stone proposal to clients
• Preparing and delivering sales presentation of products
• Build the good relationship with developers/ architects/ interior designers/ consultant/ contractors
• Manage and responsible for project aspects
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales services

Requirements

• University graduates or high school graduates will also be considered
• 2+ years of experience in Building Materials sales is highly preferred
• Fresh graduated and no related experiences in building materials will be considered as Sales & Marketing Executive
• Willing to learn, responsible, aggressive and good problem-solving skills
• Strong communication presentation & negotiation skills
• Good command of both written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Immediately available is an advantage
