Responsibilities

  • Assist in drafting and managing contracts related to residential department.
  • Gather and analyse data for reports and presentations preparation.
  • Coordinate departmental projects, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Plan and schedule marketing materials and events.
  • Coordinate office supplies, equipment maintenance, and logistical needs.
  • Manage outgoing documents effectively.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and hotel bookings.
  • Maintain an efficient filing system.
  • Handle daily correspondence promptly.
  • Perform secretarial and clerical tasks.
  • Organise meetings and other business activities.
  • Prepare invoices and manage commission claims.
  • Support HR activities including onboarding, maintaining records, and coordinating HR tasks.
  • Handle ad-hoc duties assigned

Person Specification

  • Form 6 or above with formal secretarial training
  • Minimum 6-7 years’ secretarial experience
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin
  • Familiar with MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Well organised, attentive to detail, an outgoing personality and a fast learner
