Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement scalable, secure, and robust software solutions that align with business requirements. Define technical strategies to enhance system reliability, performance, and security.
• Design, develop, and optimize high-performance applications. Establish and enforce best coding practices and technical standards for the development team.
• Manage deployment configurations, preferably in AWS, to ensure efficient and seamless production releases. Optimize CI/CD pipelines and enhance system monitoring for improved stability.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high software quality. Evaluate and improve testing workflows, guiding the team toward best QA practices.
• Work closely with Product Owners and Project Managers to translate business needs into clear technical roadmaps.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system specifications, to ensure clarity and accessibility for all stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in software development and systems analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in NestJS, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, microservice architecture, and AWS is highly desirable.
• Strong expertise in Java programming is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with modern software development practices, such as Agile methodologies and DevOps principles.
• Solid understanding of database management and SQL.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Java frameworks, including Spring Boot, Spring Security, and JPA, is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
