Service Delivery Specialist (IT-Cloud) (Welcome IANG/TTPS/QMAS visa)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented junior position to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing customer relationships, ensuring successful service delivery, and providing technical support across multiple cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, GCP etc and various technical solutions. Additionally, you will contribute to strategic business planning by leveraging your understanding of customer business needs and aligning them with our service offerings. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, oversee project implementations, and ensure their satisfaction with our services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Relationship Management: 
  Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Chair regular review meetings with customers to discuss performance and address any concerns in technical solutions or architecture.
• Service Delivery: 
  Be accountable for our Next-Generation Managed Service for assigned clients. Deliver service baselines according to service standards, with proper schedule and quality management.
• Operation Support: 
  Review and understand customer workloads. Prepare required documents and technical guidance and support for cloud solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Resource Coordination: 
  Arrange and coordinate resources (in-house/offshore engineers/vendors) to address customer issues and resolve effectively.
• Continuous Improvement:
  Drive continuous improvement on customer workload stability, performance, and security. Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for 24x7 support engineers and perform post-incident root cause analysis.
• Customer Satisfaction: 
  Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction through effective service delivery and proactive issue resolution with internal teams.
• Strategic Business Planning: 
  Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand client business objectives and align our technical solutions with their strategic goals. Contribute to the development of business plans and strategies that enhance service delivery and client outcomes.

• Expertise: Expert experience with multi Cloud services offerings.
• Problem Solving: A drive to dig into the details of a system or process to solve customer problems.
• Learning Orientation: Excitement to learn new technologies and help customers succeed.
• Certifications: AWS Certifications, ITIL Certifications, Project Management Certifications.
• Welcome IANG/TTPS/QMAS visa

Job Requirements:

• Experience:  Working in the IT industry in any of Project Management, Service Delivery, or Operations roles. Experience working directly with customers to resolve issues is essential. Proven experience in strategic planning and business development is a plus.
• Operation Skills:  Familiarity with multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and technical account management is preferred.
• Project Management: Demonstrated experience in managing projects, with a solid understanding of project management principles and tools.
• Communication: Professional oral and written business communication skills, with experience presenting. Ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
• Multi-Tasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-moving environment.
• Teamwork: Excellent team player with a collaborative approach to achieving goals.
