職位描述

  • Directly report to the Deputy Executive Director.
  • Supervise residential homes and/or day services centres for the elderly.
  • Identify current and future service needs, plan and develop long-term strategies to deliver high standard of integrated services.
  • Monitor and evaluate service output and outcomes, risks, safety, clients and staff satisfaction.
  • Design and initiate innovative and value-added services/projects in response to changing needs.
  • Manage budget and cash flow projections of these service units to ensure an effective financial control.
  • Set direction, influence, inspire and gain commitment from staff, and build teams in which people feel valued and strive to achieve shared goals.
  • Establish community network for strategic alliance and service planning.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree with 8 years of experience in social work, nursing, para-medical or other related disciplines in which 5 years at managerial level, with proven track record in leading organization-wide services and projects.  He/she should have solid knowledge and skills in service, financial and people management.  Proficiency in English and Chinese languages is essential.
