Shipping clerk

Requirements

• Form 5 or above
• 2-3 years shipping experience in trading or manufacturing field
• Previous experience in full set of I/E document and online booking
• Well-versed in using MS Office
• Immediate available

Responsibilities

• Handle daily shipping operation and assist in full set of I/E documents
• Prepare packing list & delivery note and handle Tradelink declaration & e-booking
• Coordinate with China factory and forwarders for shipment arrangement
