SHIPPING clerk

JOB DUTIES

• communicate with customers and arrange shipments
• follow up and monitor shipment and prepare shipping documents
• handle Customs declaration by Tradelink
• Occassionally process L/C documents
• provide support to adminstration and accounting team

JOB REQUIREMENTS
 

• Form 5 or above and with 5 years experience
• Able to communicate by emails in Chinese and English
• Knowledge of MS Outlook and Excel
• Well organized, self-motivated, responsible
