職位描述
- Handle full set of import/export shipping documents and booking procedures
- Issue invoice, packing list and shipment arrangement
- Complete Shipment Advice with full set of docs for head offices
- Responsible for outbound shipments, Liaise Asia suppliers/factories with freight forwarder for delivery arrangement
- Prepare and manage deposit and invoice payment for each sales contract and shipment
- Communicate with internal and external parties to maintain a smooth operation
- Assist in coordinating with suppliers, forwarder and head offices
- Assist in banking transactions like negotiation, etc.
- Handle overseas customer’s enquiries.
- Visiting China for inspection as and when required.
- Handle customs declaration and bank documents
- Provide clerical support for ad-hoc tasks
- Coordination with group supply chain functions for any support related to documentation preparation and compliance.
- Coordination with Finance and Accounts department for financial issues (i.e.: money transfer, fund management, LC etc).
- Coordinate with statutory bodies and other agencies to ensure smooth functioning.
- Coordination with customers and vendors.
Additional Requirement:
- English, Cantonese and Mandarin speaking and writing fluency are necessary.
- Thorough knowledge in commercial functions & office administration.
- Knowledge on steel making consumables & equipment shall be preferred.
Permanent residence of HK are eligible.
