Shipping Coordinator

We are a group of companies with headquarters in New York.  We are looking for high caliber candidate to join our Hong Kong team in Tsim Sha Tsui district.

Job Duties

• Handling full set of import/export shipping documents including shipment booking.
• Shipment arrangement included Import, Export, Trans-shipment.
• Knowledge of L/C, DP and bank documentation preferred
• Handle DP Collection, L/C arrangement, I/E, T/T documents
• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarder etc.
• Coordinate with relevant parties to monitor shipment schedule to ensure timely delivery

Job Requirements

• F.5 or above
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in shipping / logistics
• Proficient in Excel, Microsoft office
• Good in writing and speaking of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Able to work independently, self-motivated, well organized, under pressure, as well as cooperate well with team
