Shipping Coordinator

As a Freight Forwarding Operations Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing and coordinating sea freight operations to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods. You will work closely with clients, shipping lines, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.

1. Coordinate and manage end-to-end sea freight shipments, including FCL (Full Container Load) and LCL (Less than Container Load).

2. Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs declarations, and certificates of origin.

3. Liaise with shipping lines, carriers, and port authorities to ensure timely vessel bookings and cargo movements.

4. Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues that arise during transit.

5. Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding sea freight shipments.

6. Provide timely updates and proactive communication to clients on shipment status.

7. Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.

8. Verify accuracy of shipping documents and ensure all paperwork is complete and submitted on time.

9. Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and other operational data.
