SHIPPING & CS SUPPORT (Senior staff to Assistant Supervisor level)

Job Descriptions:Lead and coordinate end-to-end shipment activities, ensuring perfect delivery executionLiaise with freight forwarders, shipping carriers and customs brokers to ensure timely delivery of goodsMonitor shipment status and proactively address any delays or issuesEnsure all necessary documentation, permits and customs clearances are properly obtainedArrange sample delivery arrangementIdentify opportunities to streamline logistics processes and reduce costsMaintain detailed records and provide reporting on shipping activities Requirements:3-5years' experience in a shipping or logistics supervisory roleHands on I/E documents for material import to China (進料加工及一般貿易) Relevant experience in Manufacturing field/ Buying office is highly preferableFlexible, good interpersonal & communication skillsGood command in English and Chinese (included Mandarin)PC skills in MS Word Excel and Power PointImmediate available is an advantage
