Shop Supervisor(Fashion)

Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to enhance their shopping experience.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about current fashion trends, new arrivals, and the unique story of our brand to effectively communicate with customers.
• Sales Performance: Lead and motivate the team to achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive selling and tailored product recommendations.
• Store Presentation: Maintain a visually appealing store environment, ensuring merchandise is displayed attractively and organized.
• Inventory Management: Assist with inventory control, restocking, and managing stock levels to ensure product availability.
• Team Collaboration: Drive the team in deliver the best customers experience.
• Customer Feedback: Gather and communicate customer feedback to management to enhance the shopping experience.
• Daily Operations Management: Oversee daily store operations, coordinating with the Head Office on logistics such as order placements and staff scheduling (e.g., roster management).
• Marketing Campaigns: Contribute ideas for marketing campaigns and assist in their implementation to promote store initiatives.
• VIP Profile Management: Update and maintain VIP customer profiles, notifying them of new promotions and product arrivals to foster loyalty.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in fashion or luxury retail, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for customer service.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• A keen eye for fashion trends and styling, particularly in the context of contemporary Chinese fashion.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
