Site Agent / Project Manager (Civil)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for construction planning, programming, and monitoring, including preparation of method statement of construction, project reports, and accurate records in accordance with the construction contract and company requirements
• Liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, government authorities, and utilities companies
• Responsible for identifying any problems and providing solutions to meet targets
• Lead and build up good working relationships with the whole site project team
• Prepare reports and documentation related to site works.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related disciplines
• Corporate member of the HKIE (Civil discipline), or equivalent will be an advantage
• 10 years' site management experience with a minimum of 5 years' experience working in the capacity of Site Agent
• Previous involvement in WSD / DSD projects is a plus
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
