Site Foreman / Site Coordinator

Chevalier (Building Supplies & Engineering) Limited offers an extensive variety of quality building materials and equipment, including panel water tanks, kitchen cabinets, ceiling systems and waterproofing materials, together with related design and installation services. We have also been the sole agent for the premium brands, like Sekisui tanks and Manhattan kitchen cabinets and appliances for many years.

Responsibilities 

• Liaise and coordinate with the Main Contractor for the site progress
• Monitor the workmanship of the sub-contractors
• Check on the construction drawings and notify supervisors for any updates
• Participate in all related project meetings
• Prepare memos and correspondences for construction sites
• Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• HKDSE or above
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience, knowledge in interior fitting-out field is highly preferred
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Independent, responsible, able to work under tight schedule and pressure
• Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
