職位描述

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of receptionist staff, ensuring they deliver high-quality service to all guests
  • Train and motivate receptionists to provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, complaints, and special requests from VIP guests
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between management and reception staff, relaying important information and updates
  • Ensure that the reception area is well-maintained and that all necessary supplies are stocked
  • Develop protocols for managing VIP guests, including check-in/check-out procedures, special amenities, and personalized services
  • Address any issues or conflicts that arise at the front desk, ensuring swift and satisfactory resolutions
  • Maintain records of guest interactions and staff performance, providing feedback to management for continuous  improvement

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related disciplines
  • Minimum of 4 years in customer service, preferably in a VIP or luxury environment
  • Good spoken Cantonese, English and Putonghua will be an advance 
  • Experience in team supervision and staff training
  • Handle matters related to site safety, quality assurance, health and environmental management
  • Excellent people management practices with good communication skills
  • Computer literate especially MS Powerpoint, Excel and Word
  • Immediate available is preferred

 

Working Hour:

Mondays to Saturday 9:00am - 6:00pm (including 1 hour lunch break) 

(Except Sundays and Public Holidays, Typhoon Signal No.8 or above, or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is hoisted)
