In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing social media strategies for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their campaigns drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and meet business objectives.

Qualifications & experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite).
• Proven ability to create and execute social media campaigns that deliver measurable results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Chinese proficiency is a plus).
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and innovative content ideas.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective social media strategies tailored to clients’ business goals.
• Manage daily operations of clients’ social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, videos, etc.) aligned with brand guidelines.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide data-driven insights to clients.
• Work closely with creative and content teams to produce high-quality visuals and copy.
• Engage with clients’ audiences, respond to inquiries, and manage online communities.
• Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
