Software Development and System Analyst Graduate Trainee (2-year)

As we continue to expand the organization to support our growing business and footprint, we are looking for Graduates to join the IT Trainee Program. This program is designed to provide Graduates with a concrete professional foundation by rotating around core IT departments, including frontend and backend software development, as well as the business analyst function. This two-year journey would allow Graduate Trainees to develop professional skills and gain knowledge of our online retail business. 

After the successful completion of the program, Graduate Trainees will continue to build an exciting career aligned with their aspirations here at YesStyle.com. 

What You'll Do:

• Build a broad understanding of the core technology systems and applications at YesStyle.com. 
• Undertake assigned tasks as delegated by leader and accomplish all learning objectives for each placement rotation, including but not limited to:
• Develop documentation throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and other business process documentation.
• Communicate clear requirements and functional specifications with end users as business analyst.
• Prepare statement of work (SOW), test plan and perform user acceptance test (UAT).
• Design, develop, maintain and support frontend and backend systems to fulfill user requirements of the multichannel e-commerce systems as software development engineer.

What You Have:

• Final year in bachelor’s degree program in computer science, computer engineering or a related discipline, or bachelor’s degree with a maximum of two years of working experience
• Passion for e-commerce and a career in the digital/IT field
• Knowledge in SQL, Java programming, AWS Cloud services, mobile app and object-oriented programming concepts
• Fast learner with a pro-active attitude and a high level of self-motivation
• Ability to multi-task and organize amongst different priorities
• Strong communication skills in English and Chinese
