Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Application Solution Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling enterprise software solutions, particularly ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and Power Platform. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth by offering tailored solutions that meet their business needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base for ERP/CRM/Power Platform solutions.
- Identify key industries and market segments to target based on market trends and customer needs.
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Prospect, qualify, and generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, including C-level executives, IT managers, and business owners.
- Conduct needs assessments to understand client challenges and propose customized Business Application solutions.
- Product Knowledge and Solution Selling:
- Maintain a deep understanding of the Microsoft solutions, ERP/CRM/Power Platform, features, and benefits.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of the solutions to potential clients.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and present tailored solutions that address client requirements.
- Sales Process Management:
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools.
- Market and Competitor Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in the Business Application space.
- Use market insights to refine sales strategies and differentiate the company’s solutions.
- Collaboration and Teamwork:
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Provide feedback from the field to help improve products and services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in selling ERP/CRM or enterprise software solutions (3+ years of experience)
- Strong understanding of ERP/CRM (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, etc.) and Power Platform
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients and influence decision-making processes
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese languages
- International or multicultural working experience is beneficial
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in selling to specific industries (e.g., manufacturing, retail, healthcare, etc.)
- Knowledge of cloud-based ERP/CRM solutions and SaaS business models
- Familiarity with consultative selling techniques
